UPES Legal Studies Aptitude Test - ULSAT 2019
The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun conducts the UPES Legal Studies Aptitude Test commonly known as ULSAT 2019 for admissions to its five-year undergraduate law programmes including BA LLB, BBA LLB, B.Com LLB. ULSAT 2019 Admission Procedure
For admission to the College of Legal Studies, UPES, the candidates are required to qualify the ULSAT 2019 which is followed by a Group Discussion and Interview. The final merit list of the candidate selected thorough ULSAT 2019 will be based upon the written test, group discussion and the interview.
However, for candidates who have appeared for CLAT/LSAT-India for admission in the year 2019 will be exempted from taking the admission test of UPES. Moreover, those candidates who have secured 85% marks in their 10 2/12th Board Exams will also be exempted from taking the ULSAT 2019. Those candidates who fall under the non-entrance category will directly be called for the Group Discussion and the Interview.
ULSAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must successfully complete their 10 2/class 12/other equivalent examination, scoring a minimum of 50% marks.
ULSAT 2019 Application Form and Procedure
The ULSAT 2019 application form is available from November 2017 and the candidates can apply in both online and offline mode.
ULSAT 2019 Online Application
The candidates can fill up the online application form for ULSAT 2019, by visiting their official website. The application fees for the online mode is Rs. 1750, which can be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘UPES Fee Account’ payable at Dehradun/Delhi.
ULSAT 2019 Offline Application
The candidates can fill-in the offline application form and should be sent in an envelope with the Demand Draft to the address mentioned below before the last day of receipt of ULSAT 2019 Applications.Enrollment Office

ULSAT 2019 Admit Card
The ULSAT 2019 admit cards will be available in online mode in the form of login credentials that will be sent to the candidates a day before the exam. The test link and the login details will be e-mailed to the candidate and should be treated as the ULSAT 2019 E-Admit Card.
ULSAT 2019 Exam Pattern
The ULSAT 2019will be held on May third week. The test will be in online mode for 2 hours duration comprising a total of 150 questions with no negative marking. The candidates will be allowed to appear for ULSAT 2019 from the place of their convenience, even from their home, provided if they have a computer system, webcam and a good internet connection. The question paper will cover five sections namely Language Comprehension, Quantitative and Numerical Ability, Logical Reasoning, Legal General Knowledge and Legal Aptitude.
ULSAT 2019 Result
The ULSAT 2019 results will be available online for the candidates in the last week of May 2019. They can check the result by just entering the ULSAT 2019 credentials by visiting the official website.
The qualifying candidates through ULSAT 2019 will be further called in for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Based on the performance in ULSAT 2019, GD and PI, the final merit list or rank list of the candidates will be issued by the UPES.
ULSAT 2019 Seats and Reservation
A total of 400 candidates are admitted for admissions to the five-year integrated law programmes in UPES. Out of these, 20% seats are reserved for candidates through non-entrance category including CLAT, LSAT-India and Board Merit.
